Does my phone need anything special?
Probably not. Most iPhones from the last several years and most Android phones work without any setup. If your phone can tap-to-pay, it can use a LoveTag.
Does the recipient need anything?
Nothing. When you tap send, your phone opens its native messaging app with the text already written. Your person receives a normal text from you.
Can I change the message?
Yes, anytime. A tap opens the message that you can edit or replace before hitting send.You can edit the message so it always sounds like you.
Can I reassign a tag to a different person?
Absolutely. A tag is just the token. You can reassign it with the tag settings in the app or website.
Where should I put my tag?
Somewhere you’ll see it every day but won’t tune it out. The fridge. Your keychain. Your desk. Anywhere that will serve as a reminder when you have your phone out.
Will it send the same message more than once?
Eventually, yes. LoveTags has a library of messages, and cycles through them in a way that ensures the same message isn't sent too close together. Eventually you may see the same message pop up.
When will my order ship?
Within 7 days of your order. We’ll send a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way.
Can I order more than one?
Absolutely! For this first run, we’re shipping single tags, and a multi-pack is coming soon. You can join the waitlist on the shop page to be notified when we are shipping.
